Translations are carried out by independent sworn translators.

The CertiDocs chatbot is an AI-powered assistance tool. It is designed to guide your requests and facilitate connection with a sworn translator. • Chatbot responses are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice • Information collected via the chatbot (document type, languages, contact details) is used exclusively to process your request • CertiDocs does not guarantee the complete accuracy of automated responses

The user agrees to: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information in forms • Not use the site for unlawful purposes or contrary to public order • Not attempt to disrupt the operation of the site • Respect CertiDocs' intellectual property rights

CertiDocs strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the site. However: • CertiDocs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of published information • CertiDocs cannot be held liable for the services of independent sworn translators • CertiDocs cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the site • Data on translators comes from public sources and may contain inaccuracies

All content on the CertiDocs website (text, graphics, logo, images, structure) is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited without prior written consent from CertiDocs.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the application of mandatory consumer protection rules.
