CertiDocs (www.certidocs.be) is an online service for certified translation and interpretation requests in Belgium.
2. Acceptance of terms
Use of the site and its services (contact form, online chat, connection request) implies full acceptance of these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.
3. Description of services
CertiDocs offers the following services:
• Guidance for certified translation and interpretation requests in Belgium
• Forwarding certified translation requests to independent sworn translators
• Virtual assistant (chatbot) to qualify translation or interpretation requests
• Information on sworn translators, document procedures and selected interpretation situations in Belgium
CertiDocs is not a translation agency and does not directly perform translations or interpretation assignments.
4. Chatbot usage
The CertiDocs chatbot is an AI-powered assistance tool. It is designed to guide translation or interpretation requests.
• Chatbot responses are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice
• Information collected via the chatbot (service type, any document, languages, contact details, and any location or timing details) is used exclusively to process your request
• CertiDocs does not guarantee the complete accuracy of automated responses
5. User obligations
The user agrees to:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information in forms
• Not use the site for unlawful purposes or contrary to public order
• Not attempt to disrupt the operation of the site
• Respect CertiDocs' intellectual property rights
6. Limitation of liability
CertiDocs strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the site. However:
• CertiDocs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of published information
• CertiDocs cannot be held liable for the services of independent sworn translators

All content on the CertiDocs website (text, graphics, logo, images, structure) is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited without prior written consent from CertiDocs.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the application of mandatory consumer protection rules.
9. Changes
CertiDocs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site.
