1. Service description
CertiDocs provides free information and matching before an order. When a quote is accepted and paid in the private portal, Hebora, the operator of CertiDocs, contracts with the customer as principal seller, invoices the complete service and entrusts performance to the independent professional assigned to the case.
2. Acceptance of terms
These terms govern access to the site and requests sent to CertiDocs. Where acceptance is required for a service, the applicable version is shown before any commitment is made.
3. Description of services
CertiDocs offers the following services: • Free guidance before ordering • Case qualification and assignment to a verified independent translator or interpreter • Quote issuance, collection and customer invoicing by CertiDocs • Tracking, delivery and correction management in the private portal • Information on Belgian document procedures The assigned professional physically performs the translation or interpretation as an independent subcontractor. CertiDocs remains the customer’s contracting party and seller for orders paid through the platform.
4. Guided form usage
The CertiDocs guided form is used to submit a translation, interpretation or contact request. • The form does not provide legal advice • Information collected (service type, any document, languages, contact details, and any location or timing details) is used exclusively to process your request • Submitting the form does not constitute acceptance of the assignment or a final estimate
5. User obligations
The user agrees to: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information in forms • Not use the site for unlawful purposes or contrary to public order • Not attempt to disrupt the operation of the site • Respect CertiDocs' intellectual property rights
6. Limitation of liability
CertiDocs is responsible, within statutory limits, for the contract concluded and invoiced through the platform. The independent professional is responsible to CertiDocs for the quality and accuracy of the work. General information does not replace the decision of the competent authority. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Intellectual property
Original elements of the site may be protected by copyright. Their use remains subject to the rights of their owners, any stated licences and the exceptions provided by law.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law. The competent court is determined by the applicable legal rules; mandatory consumer rights remain fully preserved.
9. Changes
CertiDocs may update these terms. A new version applies to future use and commitments without retroactively changing an agreement already accepted. Last updated: August 2026
